Try before you buy

OnDevice OCR Business is free to download and try, with no time limit. All features are available; output files carry a watermark. That way you can make sure it works for your documents, your folders, and your Macs before paying anything.

Purchases made on this website

If you bought a license directly through our website, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Simply email us at [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase, or contact our merchant of record, Paddle, via paddle.net using the details on your receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For multi-seat licenses we refund the entire order; partial refunds for individual seats are not available.

This 14-day promise is a voluntary commitment on our part and applies whether you buy as a business or as a consumer. OnDevice OCR Business is aimed at businesses; anyone buying for the purposes of a trade, business, or profession is not a consumer and therefore has no statutory right of withdrawal. If you do buy as a consumer, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this policy.

Purchases made through the Mac App Store

Purchases made through the Mac App Store are processed entirely by Apple, and only Apple can issue refunds for them. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides these requests under its own refund policy.
